Sales Responsible – Ingredients to Home Care & Industrial Cleaning

Would you like to take on a new position as commercial and sales responsible for Scandinavia, Finland, the Baltic States and Ukraine – in a position with direct sales responsibility and leading a sales team to achieve mutual goals?

The job
Bang & Bonsomer is a leading, privately-owned material technology company, and the company has great ambitions for Home Care & Industrial Cleaning segments. In your position, you have the overall responsibility for the markets, developing the markets, customers and projects throughout Denmark and Sweden your-self. Further, you will manage a small team of two Sales Assistants and Sales Manager profiles, initially one Sales Manager, covering Finland, the Baltic States, and Ukraine.

In developing the business further, you will use your solid technical knowledge to inspire and support customers – identifying the potential across all relevant markets. Your key tasks will be to:

  • Develop the go-to-market strategy, identify, and prioritize the initiatives and actions required
  • Identify relevant markets and customers and build up/grow a strong customer portfolio
  • Book meetings and visit existing and potential customers across Denmark and Sweden, positioning Bang & Bonsomer as a strong player in the market
  • Identify relevant projects and drive the sales process
  • Close cooperation with the suppliers 
  • Manage a small team of Sales Manager profiles – initially one Sales Manager and two Sales Assistants

You can work from the company’s Danish office in Smørum, near Copenhagen or from the Swedish office in Malmö. You will be travelling in Denmark and Sweden approximately 5-6 days per month, and further there will be 1-3 yearly meetings/conferences in Finland.

Your profile
Bang & Bonsomer is recognized for their high level of knowledge and professionalism. Hence, you presumably hold a chemistry degree combined with a solid experience within ingredients project sales, preferably cleaning ingredients. Whichever line of education and experience, you thrive in the dialogue with customers, inspiring and advising them in their development processes. As such, you are sales driven with business acumen, strong social skills, and an outgoing personality.

As the position is international, you have strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate in English in writing and speech. Further, you master either Danish or Swedish effortless, and you understand the Scandinavian languages.
