I am Partner and co-founder of KAR+CO. I have been working in recruitment and search for 20 years with great pleasure. Most of those years were spent at Mercuri Urval, but I’ve also enjoyed working as a recruitment manager in a construction company.

I was originally trained in the financial sector, where as a business adviser and department director, I worked with corporate customers. My firm belief is, that the most important prerequisite for a company’s success is to have the right managers and employees, was undoubtedly founded during this period.

I am the recruitment specialist who understands a company’s business base, strategy, culture and challenges – and in cooperation with the company, finds the right person with the right skills, personality and behaviour.

I am keen to contribute to the success of my customers. It is always exciting to work with new customers, but it is in the long run that the real value of having the right recruitment partner becomes apparent.
